What is the minimum order quantity for fabric?

The minimum order for most of our fabrics is 0.5 meters. You can increase your order in increments of 0.1 meters to ensure you get exactly what you need for your pattern.

How do I care for my fabrics after they arrive?

We recommend pre-washing all fabrics before cutting to account for any shrinkage. Please check the specific product description for recommended washing temperatures and drying instructions.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our fabrics worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination country.

Can I request a fabric sample before purchasing?

Yes, we offer a swatching service for most of our collections. You can select the 'Sample' option on the product page to add a small cutting to your basket.

What should I do if my fabric is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with photos of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Are the colors on screen accurate to the real fabric?

We photograph our fabrics in natural light to provide the best representation. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or mobile screen settings.
