Returns & Exchanges

At Lamazi Fabrics, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we understand if you need to return an item. Please note that cut-to-order fabrics and haberdashery are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, uncut, and unwashed condition, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return using a tracked shipping service to our warehouse address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
